Hello Girl Scout Cookie season. Whether you call these classic cookies Caramel deLites or Samoas, you can’t beat the caramel, chocolate, and crunchy texture. This Caramel deLites Apple Salad is inspired by the classic cookie. It is made with green apples, chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips, dates, and peanut butter. It is truly the perfect Midwest salad.

I absolutely adore Girl Scout cookie season. I was at my favorite brewery with some friends, and I saw my first Girl Scout table of the year. You bet I was the first one in line to get one box of every cookie. I may have grabbed two boxes of the Caramel deLites.😏

Jenna Lives Well inspired this apple salad on Instagram. She was combining Girl Scout Cookie Crumbles and using them in apple salad. I decided to give this salad a fit foodie twist and use whole and healthy ingredients to create the flavors of a Caramel deLite cookie.
